Secure fluid transfer that eliminates expensive cleanup at loading and unloading facilities. Load Line Containers, also known in the field as “Envirobox”, “Load-Out Box” or “Truck-Out Box” contain harmful fluids and maintain a clean environment at fluid transfer sites.

We use Quality UV Resistant Polyethylene that is durable, lightweight and will not rust.  This material has been proven in extreme environments from northern Canada to the southern US and around the world.  The steel saddle and collar that run down the back and underneath the unit provide the strength of steel while offering the non-corrosiveness of polyethylene.  The 300, 301, and 302 models connect to the line directly and are suspended, off the ground.  The 304 model sits on the ground with the load line protruding through a 4-1/2” opening in the back of the unit.

Most models can accommodate the installation of a clip gate or ball valve inside the unit for safety and the lids are lockable for security.

Containers can be supplied without hardware for customized installations or, we can supply them with 2”, 3” or 4” valves with sidewinder valves and cam locks in standard, stainless steel or brass trims.  Sidewinder valves are installed between the valve and the cam lock and allow the operator to empty the Pollution Control Container on every cycle while loading the product.

Load Line Containers are designed to handle oil and saltwater.  Line pressure should not exceed 75psi.  Special valve and hardware designs can be offered to deal with highly corrosive or high-pressure applications.
